Can never book when I call. Always need to call back later. I'm difficult because I have to book my disabled son at the same time.

My therapist was extremely kind, soothing, and gentle. She knew the exact right pressure to use on different areas. She was knowledgeable and put me at ease.

Therapist talked too much, the room wasn’t ready and when the therapist took off the sheets of the client before me, the table looked disgusting.

Was a H&S member in another state and that location set a very high standard for me. While everything in my last visit was satisfactory it just wasn’t as good as in the past at the other location that I used to visit.

I feel as though hands on time should be 60 minutes for the price

Haven’t always been able to get an evening appointment for a massage. They have found a therapist who is willing to fit me in every two weeks now

I was not able to schedule the appointment online for this location. The email request a service is not as effective. They replying quickly, I just perfer to complete the appointment in one transaction. May have to call next time.

I really liked my massage! My only concern was that I wanted a peppermint scalp massage and I didn’t get one. I just got peppermint put in my hair. I’m not sure if it was because I used the time up on my massage? I didn’t mean to miscommunicate that at all if that is what happened? I would leave a better review if I had gotten the scalp massage.

The towels at this location all smell like rancid oil, which is understandable given how much oil is in use. This is particularly uncomfortable when getting a facial because the towels are on my face and I’m breathing the smell in. A better laundering technique is needed. The face cradles on the massage tables are very uncomfortably placed, causing neck discomfort every time I get a massage (2-4x per month). I’ve tried putting the cradle at different angles, using towel rolls under my shoulders, and even laying with my face on the table. Nothing works. There is not a quiet room, so if someone else is at the desk, I have to listen to them discuss pricing and scheduling right before my massage. Sunny is a fantastic masseur, and I try to see her as much as possible.
