Masseuse was 20 minutes late. She got caught in traffic, and it was rainy day, so understandable, but I was not “highly satisfied “ by that. Masseuse also talked more than I’d like. She was very friendly, and stopped as soon as I asked her to, so I could relax. I truly love a good massage, and get them several times a year; so I just rated experience in relation to other spas that I visit. I did sign up for the monthly plan, and have already referred a friend, so I may not have rated this experience 100%, but it was enjoyable enough for me to come back.

I expected a 60 minute massage, not 50 minutes, with 5 min on each end. We started late and ended early so not sure I received 50 min

I was hoping to have gotten a massage without the sheet over my skin. So no lotion or oil was used. And was really disappointed because I had been waiting months for that massage. And she always ends the massage exactly at 55 minutes instead of 60 which staff should notify us because us customers are under the impression that we’re getting 60 minute massages.

I've come back to Cali several times over the past year and every time she does such a thorough job not only providing the services but understanding my specific needs both for relaxation and improving my skin. She has a great understanding of products and has such a healing touch that makes the experience extremely relaxing and enjoyable. She has such a calming presence I look forward to seeing her and refer her to many of my friends.

It is difficult to find appointment times. I have had appointments cancelled on multiple occasions after struggling to get an appointment. Then when I have a service, usually facial, it is not disclosed that multiple packages are used to do the facial. It should be disclosed up front how many will be used for the session. I never seem to know how many I have on my file so hard to know how many they use at a time. Seems dishonest to me. The facial technician I have had the last several times does a very basic facial, even though she has done upcharge services. I used to come here for the facial vs massage as it was a far more relaxing service overall. I loved the facials and now I would say they aren't worth the cost. I have been trying to use up what I had banked for my monthly membership, which I put on hold due to rarely being able to get an appointment, as I don't find this location to do a good job compared to other places I have gone to in the past. I bought the membership because they had great techs in the past and it was high quality, those people have left and I would not consider the quality high any longer.

I like to be able to talk to my therapist while getting treatment as it helps me relax because of the language barrier we couldn't even cover issues with the technique used during it. Getting scheduled was a challenge that could have been resolved had the person emailing me just sent me a link to the website with instructions to create an account and look at the schedule. I'm still recovering from the massage so a few additional days before asking if I'm likely to come back would be nice too.

therapist never talked to me before appt- showed me the room and left me in there- no hello-- lights weren't dimmed. Asked her to avoid lower back as it's an area of pain- and she poked around asking where it hurt.

I was satisfied with my experience and booked another appointment with the same massage therapist. The only feedback I would give, is communication about services with reception. I was scheduled for a trigger point therapy appointment, but was not told until the appointment, the therapist was unable to give the therapy due to an injury. I still went ahead instead of rescheduling, and felt very satisfied with her work. She was kind, knowledgeable, and still able to apply enough pressure to relieve pain in targeted areas.
