I was very satisfied with the service I received. I noticed time was cut a tad at the end by about 10 minutes. I am not sure if that is to give the customer time to change etc. but I think for the price of the service, it should be a full hour. Otherwise, she did a great job just wish it was longer!

Blame it on cancer and mild depression

Elizabeth’s massage was great and she is extremely nice and knowledgeable. I only wish there was less talking. I talk with people all day for work so during a massage I want to just relax to the music and unwind. I don’t want to feel like I have to engage in conversation.

Trying to find time for availability of after 6:00 pm appointments at this location. Leaving not knowing if I will get an appointment in 3 weeks because of no availability for 6:00 pm or after appointments

I didn't think it was above average to anywhere else I've been, but I am happy with being there.

The availability I have doesn’t match up with appointments available. It doesn’t seem like there are many appointments available at all.

Overall this was great. Two suggestions. I wonder about a bit more welcoming reception space - softness added? And when waiting in between services some soft seatingwould be nice. I was in a hard chair in another service room. a room with gentle music and a loung chair would have been wonderful.

Highly satisfied is a value that I would require extreme excellent services to render as an assessment. This past visit had some of those moments, but I'd like to leave room to be surprised by improvements.

Booking at this location is a like a chore. There are seem to be few available appointments. I had to call several times to get ahold of someone to make the appointment. It’s took longer than expected for the reception to find an opening and make the appointment. Having access to make the appointment online would be much easier.
