I mentioned to Jenny but wanted to share again that the customer service provided by you was great. You made an effort to find a slot that worked for me by moving a few bits around and you were so friendly at check in and check out which really elevated my whole experience. The massage itself was good but there are a couple things that could be improved. I had booked a hot stone massage and the therapist didn’t forewarn me that she was having issues getting the stones hot so the hot stones were introduced a bit later than normal in the massage and I had to ask if we were still doing that type of massage. My other recommendation would be that the therapists are more mindful of noise and the room environment – I know hot stones cause an extra layer of complication for noise but it’s distracting to hear the cupboard door bang shut during your massage. Also, it’d be better if lights were down and you put something over the client’s eyes when they fae up.

I would really like to be able to book online appointments. Not just make requests but actually see appointments that are available and make appointments online.

False advertising. There was an ad on the tv saying that HNS was welcoming customers back for 59 dollar massages. This was not true when I got there. I also had 2 gift cards. One for a massage and one for a foot or hand treatment. I ended up owing money for the services. The receptionist could not explain why. She brushed off my question on 59 massage as “it is confusing” for people. She also could not explain why I owed money. It was only 5 but there was a special on the foot treatment. So how could I possibly owe anything? There was a line behind me so I felt rushed to not have her figure it out. FYI. My therapist was awesome!

The reception area was beautiful and clean. The rooms were okay, very small though, and the room could use a vacuum. The main issue for me was that I was freezing the whole time. The top blanket was very thin and the massage therapist wasn’t covering me back after she moved to the next body part. Other than that it was nice.

During the appointment the room was a bit cold I was not fully able to relax due to the cold. The pressure of my massage was not effective for my knots.

Elizabeth was very knowledgeable regarding my medical issues, but just a bit preachy. The oil that was used had an unpleasant odor to me, which gave me a headache, would appreciate in my next appointment that a different one.

My visit was environs, stress less and I was extremely impressed with the technique used for my massage. The staff are always friendly and well spoken
