Therapist was not wearing a mask I was not charged for my membership for months and then all of a sudden I was charged in September Not offered use of essential oils

Massagexstarted 0 minutes late because I had to use the bathroom which was not my plan. I arrived in time but my unexpected bathroom stop made me late. Massage therapist told me my table time would be 4O minutes and not 50 . Not a good way to start a massage.

Highly satisfied with the therapist and services. I would appreciate better communication and online booking services from the Spa. There were extended periods when the Spa was closed, voicemail full, and they were non-responsive to email and credit card was still being debited. I realize these are challenging times for all, but proactive communication with retained clients is critical. I really like the ownership, staff, and location and wish them the best in working through these challenges.

No upgrades offered at this visit. Hard to get an appointment at first. Facial was not relaxing, massage was great.

I texted to inform the staff I was at the appointment and never got a response until they called to ask if I had arrived. This system should be checked. I also had to wait quite a while in the reception room prior to start of appointment. I was satisfied with being provided complimentary aromatherapy due to scheduling difficulty (cancellation from staffing).

It is mandated that people wear masks indoors and that face sheilds are an add on. My therapist put too much stock in the air purifier in the room and did not have a mask on or ask me to put my mask on when I flipped over. This detracted from the relaxing experience. As I was concerned and felt mislead by how I was assured the facility was being serious about covid and its restrictions.

Massage started 10 Minutes late, so it ended up being a 40 minute massage instead of 50 minutes.

Had my wrong name, telephone wasn’t working properly, couldn’t fill out form from my phone had to go inside to fill it out. Have had lots of problems with their phone service I love Jenny. She is so sweet.
