Hand and Stone

I absolutely love the staff and they did a great job making me comfortable with Covid precautions. My last two appointments started more than 10 min late and still ended at the regular time resulting in me only getting 40 min or less massage instead of 50. In the big picture not a big deal but it is a bummer.

I was accustomed to a therapist who knew me and she is no longer there so it takes awhile to get to know what I like/need from a new therapist.

I felt very “in the dark” during the temporary Covid closure. The voicemail each time I called was full and I was never emailed any updates regarding re-opening.

It’s fine, but not super “spa-like.” If this is the goal, should have a quieter and less-lit waiting room, and overall temp should be warmer. Therapists or questionnaire should ask whether or not conversation is desired.

Everything was fine. I was a tad odd for the receptionist to ask if i wanted water and then to pour it for me from the fountian in the room. Was kind of awkward. My massage was good. But im a very stiff person, sometimes it doesnt always relieve my pain post massage. I love hand and stone and will keep coming back.

No hand or foot massage was done during the facial masque. I asked for extractions in T zone and she only did the nose.

I had a facial prior to the massage and there was a problem so I was 20 minutes late to my massage and my facial didn’t start on time to begin with either.

Scheduling appts is the biggest pain in the ass. Can't schedule online- when I call, it goes to voicemail and after 3 days with no return phone call, i call again- this has happened more than once-- it's so frustrating. I try to schedule my next appt at the appt but am usually told the schedules aren't opened that far out yet- so left to call in- open up online appt PLEASE-- it's not that difficult- I can do it with my hair people, my waxers and yet, you- not able to.

Miranda is fantastic! Really seeing improvement and always extremely relaxed during as well. Would highly her for deep tissue.
