Frankly, the receptionist was rude at checkin and checkout. She did not know how packages could be used for add on purchases (microabrasion + add on) and seemed irritated that I ask questions. At check out, I owed $5.05. I misunderstood and thought she said 5 even. She gave me one quarter and 14 nickels. When I suggested I give her a nickel and she give me a dollar, she got huffy and said she would have to cancel the transaction or her drawer wouldn't come out right. Seriously? A wonderful, relaxing facial with Jessica was followed by a stressful encounter with the receptionist! Other receptionists have been very kind and helpful. Sorry to say, this was a bad experience. So bad, I forgot to make future appt and she didn't ask if I wanted to. I just wanted to get out of there.

Most times I am at H&S, I wait 5 minutes past my appointment time for it to begin

It was very relaxing and a nice facial but I didn't see results as I had before. Will go back to using the peel during the facial.

My appointment was at 12:15 pm I sat for 5 min before the masseuse came out. I told her I was a driver an a runner so neck shoulders back shins thighs etc needed pressure.she only worked on my back side the whole time with light pressure , my appointment was over at 1:08pm I paid for a 55 min but didn’t get that.

My therapist was running about 20 mins behind and the receptionist said she would waive the $10 fee for the aromatherapy I selected. However, when I returned home and saw on my bank account that I was actually charged the $10 I felt disappointed to the lack of detail. I then called the next day and receptionist that answered did not have the authority to refund the fee but would pass along the concern.

The massage is so dependent on the skill of the therapist and their ability to hear what you are asking of them. I've have excellent therapists, ones that were ok and not very good therapists.

I keep mentioning this as a reason for not being highly satisfied with this location - appointments cannot be made online. I feel like that is strange in this day and age.

This is the second time that my appointment was cancelled just a couple days prior to the scheduled time. I book a month out so that my husband and I can go at the same time. Two times now that got bumped at the last minute meaning we had to bool separately. Only because I had flexibility during the day on Friday was I able to reschedule. Otherwise, I would have been bumped for a much longer time.

I thought this was for combined facial and massage. I was highly satisfied with the massage except there was no music so the room was way too quiet.
