I have very sensitive skin and brought in my own lotion to use. I heard her squirt something and put greasy stuff on me and I told her to please use my lotion so she started using it but then later in the massager her squirting the stuff again and my chest and back broke out as a result and my hair was all greasy

This time I called in I was able to get in quickly. I need that kind of flexible availability due to my work schedule as it is hard to schedule ahead of time.

I've had a handful of AMAZING massages in my life, and I can't put into words exactly what made them that way. H&S massages are fine, but not quite amazing.

I waited for 30 minutes paat my scheduled time. While I didn't have anything elae going on that day, it waa a little fruatrating. I do appreciate that the aromatherapy for my appointment was done at no charge. The massage waa one of the beat I've had in my 3 years I've been a member.

appointment availability is my biggest concern. even when I call 3 to 4 weeks ahead minimal appointments and more than once, my existing appointment changed, which as a working person is very difficult to maneuver.

The therapis arrived 5mins late, talked way too much before during and after the appointment, he creeped me out, the massage itself was not relaxing to me, I couldn't wait for it to be over

It’s good but ambience is not as good as other massage rooms.
