The experience went well for me. I was not completely sure what to expect from a massage, and I am still feeling the results from the massage and if it was great, good, or not.

Everything is ok but massage was worse.

The website is confusing and not user friendly. Still cannot book appointments online which is disappointing. Often when I call to make an appointment, no one answers so I have to leave a message. By the time H&S gets back to me, I miss the call and then it's just playing phone tag.

I really enjoy coming to Hand & Stone, especially the Odana Rd. location. However, I don't like having to call to book appointments. It's a small thing, but it would be way more convenient for me to be able to book appointments online like one can for hair salon appointments (I.E. see what time slots are open on what days with different therapists). Right now, I can request an appointment online only to have them call me to go over appointment times. This is really just inconvenient for everyone.

I was very satisfied with my massage. I enjoy Hand and Stone.

I was unable to book an appointment with any of the three therapists whom I usually see in the month of October due to lack of availability of the therapists. This month (November) I could tell that my therapist is feeling overworked. I am dissatisfied with the lack of availability of therapists whom perform quality deep tissue massages.

The room was a little cold. Also the room itself lacks ambiance. It is kind of sterile. Overall it was a satisfying experience. I thought the therapist may have used a little too much oil on me.

The computer had a problem with my billing and the receptionist needed to call her supervisor. I was and sort of still am concerned I will be double billed.

If I book a 90min massage I only get about 75-80 minutes of actual massage time as the consultation, getting undressed and dressed are included in that time. I had been seeing an independent massage person before and a 90 min massage was 90 min long and did not include the rest.

My appointment had to be rescheduled. I have pollen allergies which seem to have been triggered in the massage room. Maybe I have other allergies?
