The website it horrible. It's hard to find my past and future appointments. It does not state how many services I have left on the website. And I cannot book appointments online. Also I've been told two different things when I signed up for the monthly services. Presently, the receptionist told me the massages are still $49.99 but I pay a $10 fee so it equals $59.99. That's not what I was told when I signed up a year ago. It's all very confusing. And a 50 min massage is not valued @ $89.99 like you advertise. Other massage places charge around $60 for a 50-60 min massage in my city.

Overall the massage and therapist great, but the massage therapist didn't come back into the room until over 10 minutes after my appointment started. Normally it's much quicker, I almost got dressed again to go look for her.

This is my second or third time trying to book a massage via Facebook. Both times have not been successful due to lack of getting back in a timely manner. I have learned that I should probably just call from now on. I am super excited that the music has changed, as I found the initial music annoying. I have always wondered how the time limit works? Does my hour massage start when I enter the room? Does it end 5 or so minutes before I leave the room? So, in reality it is only a 45-50 minute massage, correct? Thanks!

Would like online booking option. Sending an email and waiting to see what's available is not what I expected when I joined. Profile of the different massage therapist and their speciality would be nice....don't know what therapist work there.

Sending a message through the website has a terrible turnaround time. It shouldn't take multiple days to respond. I don't expect a response in 5 minutes but a few hours shouldn't be a problem. If I don't have time to call or know my schedule off hand I should be able to get a few times for a provided range. This isn't the first time I've had issues with response from the website.

Membership is not worth the price, $59.00. At my appt date they were selling gift cards for $39.00. Also have frequent facebook deals at $49.00.

When I called, I requested a couples massage with one needing a massage chair rather than a bed. Was told they did not have chair. When we got there and talked with theist, they got a chair and had to rearrange room to accommodate it. My spouse had back surgery in June and was not able to lay on his stomach with comfort. Therapists were very accommodating but it took time and attention away from what should have been a relaxing massage session.

I was happy with my Hand and Stone expierence but I sent my daughter to get a massage and it was not a good expierence for her.
