Hand and Stone

When I called to book an appointment all times I was able to come were taken. Renee said that people cancel all the time and she would be happy to call me ASAP if there was a canceled appointment at the time I needed. Not 2 hours later she called and I was scheduled. That was amazing and she so went the extra mile to make it happen. That's not something that happens every where! That was just what I needed to hear and I now am a member!! Thanks for helping me out!!

Joe is highly professional and remembers everything about my issues. He is friendly and always does his best to make sure I am comfortable.

I was experiencing pain and tightness in my upper back area. I shared this with my massage therapist and he focused on that area, but also worked on other areas that he knew I had trouble with in the past. By doing this, he provided an overall relaxing experience as well as loosening up my upper back. He also made some recommendations to help ease my pain and tightness to try at home.

I have been coming to the Hand and Stone at the location in Oaks since it opened. I have massages every other week and I am highly satisfied with my therapist Heidi. She targets any problem areas that I may have and is extremely professional. Never had a problem getting an appointment and the desk staff is awesome!!!

I look forward to having a massage every month. The staff is always friendly, and most of all, the massage is awesome. Heidi is excellent!
