Joe is the very best at what he does. I have belonged to both Massage Envy and now Hand and Stone and I have not experienced anyone more qualified, professional, knowledgeable or kinder than Joe. A massage is a personal thing and he has the ability to listen, make me feel comfortable and at the same time provide a service that improves the quality of my life, as after every visit I leave feeling better physically. (And mentally which is an extra BONUS!) He fits with the Branding of Hand and Stone, which is one of a company that provides an exceptional service at a reasonable rate! I highly recommend him and the Oaks location! Convenient, beautiful, relaxing, great staff and a variety of services. I just trie the Himalayan Stone treatment at my last session and found it beneficial. The staff operates a soft sell approach, suggesting new products and services on a timely basis. (other places shove too much at you at once.) You all do it well! I find the front desk staff consistent in their approach.

From the ease of booking the appointment, find doing the location, and atmosphere, everything I wanted was achieved.
