My therapist was just right - right level of pressure and right level of interaction. The pricing structure is not ideal and can take advantage of people who aren’t paying attention, for example using 2 credits to cover extra services doesn’t result in a refund/ credit for the difference, tipping suggestions at 30% and 40%, etc.. These business practices make me wonder about the integrity of the business.

I am always welcomed by the associates, made to feel relaxed and comfortable and soothed by the ambiance in the reception area. I have been seeing Chris as my massage therapist for many months and cannot ask for more. She is extremely knowledgeable and attends to my needs even though they are different each time I visit.

I was stiff from kayaking and stand boarding whIle on vacation so my massage focused on my upper back and shoulders which felt so much better. At my previous appointment, we had decided to work on my legs which had been restless while trying to fall asleep. The techniques used were so effective and relaxed my tight thigh and calf muscles. We discussed me trying reflexology since my feet seemed to have issues as well. I am considering trying it in the new year.

Andy worked on my problem areas and made me feel comfortable. That is tue for Byll and other therapists. The warm, calm and relaxing atmosphere that smells great helps you to unwind. Walking in felling blah and walking out feeling loose and fabulous.
