My therapist was amazing. Very experienced and knowledgeable.

The issues I had going in were addressed with compassion and knowledge. The therapist worked on specific areas that I had made her aware of.

Nikki, the therapist applied just the right amount of pressure. She spent a great deal of time on my problem areas. I would totally recommend to others to get a peppermint head massage to help alleviate headaches! Nikki was great!

The front desk staff were so pleasant, kind and welcoming. Elyse was fantastic, friendly and spoke just enough during the appointment. I asked at the desk if there was time to also have my eyebrows waxed and I was also booked for that service. What is didn’t know is that it was not additional time, she just waxed my eyebrows first and then did my facial. If I had known it would eat into my facial time, I would not have done it.

The therapist was easy to work with. I had good advice from my facial specialist. Every thing was on time.

The staff and estheticians are always very friendly and nice. They always try to accommodate if there are changes. Also, I can see an improvement on my skin.

I arrived ten minutes late. The massage began quickly and continued for the full length of time. Afterwards, the therapist suggested specific exercises to alleviate my back tension. That was a first. I tried one of the exercises already, and I felt the target muscles relax.

Sydni was fantastic. I've never had a facial before and wasn't sure what to expect. She was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and gentle, and I found the whole experience marvelous from start to finish. I've already recommended her and Hand and Stone to friends.

Roslyn (sp?) the therapist is excellent in her massage technique. She is now 2 for 2 in excellent treatment.

Andy is one of the best massage therapists there.
