Elyse is the best!

To start, I asked for a massage followed by a facial. I complicated it more by asking for a specific therapist followed by Rose for my facial. Side bar: Rose is FABULOUS!!. My massage therapist is no longer with this location so I was assigned to Nichole and she too was fabulous. But this request did not fluster the receptionist. I was able to secure an appointment within days of calling.

Rose is excellent. She does not push products! She does explain all products

Sydnie did my facial and it was amazing first time my skin was glowing after having a facial done there. She was so relaxing I almost fell asleep I will be going to her all the time now. Christine who did my massage was the first time I left there feeling great every other time I've had a massage there I was never happy with it. She was calming relaxing and jus did a wonderful job. The 2 ladies almost had me not cancel my membership , if it wasn't for financial reasons I was going to cancel it anyways because I'm never happy when I leave there but they both changed my mind completely.

My therapist was funny, friendly and very knowledgeable. She worked the areas where I had pain and I left feeling taller and straighter.

Byll what a great massage

Therapist didn't use as much pressure as I would have liked, but I did not tell her about it. I told her about my shoulder issue, but she did not spend enough time on that shoulder & spent more on the other shoulder. She did seem to help the shoulder though. She didn't keep me waiting as some of the other therapists do.

From the moment I walked in the door the relaxzation begun. Great way to start a massage. Heidi by far exceeds all my expectations . She alone is the one that will keep me coming there.

I had a different therapist this visit, as my regular therapist is no longer with the company. Chris was recommended by my mom as she has been seeing her for a few months. I thought I was going to be disappointed as this is the second therapist that has left during my membership time. I ended up loving Chris! I just hope she doesn't leave too!

Rose is wonderful! It was a very relaxing experience!
