The staff were veryfriendly and professional. The appt. went by quickly. Staff were very accommodating and provided a comfortable environment.

My skin problems were addressed. The woman performing the facial was pleasant and attentive to my skin concerns. Along with addressing skin concerns, I wanted to relax and destress which was achieved.

My appointment was with Rose who is very knowledgeable and friendly. She is always very concerned about what I want and need.

I love Elise, she is a great esthetician.

Even though my appointment was cancelled because my massage therapist was ill, Hand and Stone rescheduled the appointment with no cost to me. It was something I wouldn't expect and was a nice surprise that they would do that for someone for their first appointment. I definitely plan on going back.
