My membership is through the Exton location and the Oaks location is so much nicer. The staff is friendlier and more knowledgeable. It is also easier to get an appointment at this location. During my facial treatment, the therapist performed a few minutes of massage, which she said she was taught to do, but this was often omitted at Exton.

The massage left me feeling very satisfied and refreshed.

Alyssa who did my facial was absolutely wonderful!!! I've never had a more relaxing facial . She was so friendly, and gentle on my skin. My skin felt so fresh and clean I will be back and will be recommending her to many people!!

Great service, price, ambiance

I love Hand and Stone! I love the ambiance of the reception area / so relaxing. I am always pleased with my facials and Rose always addresses my skin concerns.

I hold muscle tension in my shoulders, nexk, and back muscles. I told the massage therapist my problem areas, and he made sure to concentrate on the area. I have been to this location before and prefer firm pressure, not all the therapist do firm pressure. Tim did a great job, I felt very relaxed afterwards.

She was very professional she was kind and courteous

From the time I walked in the front door the front desk staff was welcoming and friendly. I loved the atmosphere from start to finish. My esthetician Rose was Knowledgeable and gave me great care with great results. I am looking forward to my next visit.
