I find the massage therapist to be exceptionally well trained and very helpful with reducing my chronic pain. In addition the staff is always knowledgeable, attentive and pleasant

This location is great. Staff is friendly but not fake and very knowledgeable about the massages and the massage therapist.

I was feeling sore and stiff and I was shocked to be able to get an appointment that evening just by walking in. The staff and therapist very genuinely friendly. Margaret really targeted my muscle issues and communicated continuously throughout my massage.

Debra the therapist listened to my needs and did a great job working on those specific areas. She also recommended an exercise at home to help the area. The pressure was firm, like i asked. Would definitely see her again.

Purchased an additional gift certificate for my son as a birthday present. :) This Hand and Stone location in Phoenixville/Oaks has the BEST people! Everyone is friendly and gets along. Wonderful place, wonderful energy.

The receptionists' customer service and the reception area were impeccable. The massage was very relaxing, I almost fell asleep! I have been to a few Hand & Stone locations, but this one was the best experience.
