Hand and Stone

I enjoyed everything about my first experience at Hand & Stone! The staff was very friendly and efficient. I will come monthly for massages now. I feel wonderful!

I was highly satisfied with the massage. I am not satisfied that the web site was down again and I was unable to book online. I asked the receptionist but she could not confirm if working or not. You offer extra points for booking online but what good is that offer is there continue to be issues with the website.

The massage therapist always checks with me first to see what I am experiencing and how I felt after my last massage. He focuses on the areas I request and explains what he is doing and why. He always responds to my pain level and adjusts what he is doing. He answers my questions and gives suggestions for stretches and other methods for dealing with my pain at home.

Rose always is friendly and professional. Very satisfied with my microderm facial. Will make another appointment next month.

The oaks location was wonderful and I will go again when in that area. The willow grove facility reception was not very pleasant and my therapist often smelled of cigarette smoke.
