Rose was truly awesome. I was an appointment late in the day. I felt she really took her time and excited my facial with care, deliberation, & expertise. I would request her services again as she is truly a professional. The receptionist was also very welcoming & friendly.

Hand & Stone in Oaks really employees quality professionals that give an wonderful experience. I have bought gift certificates for many friends & teachers in the area. My membership is well worth the quality I receive each month.

Rose is amazing! She makes me feel so welcome everytime and makes me as comfortable as possible. I always leave feeling relaxed. She is knowledgeable about the products and services and walked me through everything the first time. I look forward to seeing her each month. The receptionists are also always welcoming and kind!

I was able to get a last minute appointment. It was great they could fit me in. It is always a treat to go to the hand and stone.

Nice atmosphere, massage was wonderful.

I think Rose does an excellent job. My home base is King of Prussia but I come to Oaks because of Rose. She is very knowledgeable and gives a great facial and gives the extras I'm used to at high end spa facials (back massage, arm massage). I would recommend her to anyone. Side note...I would also go to Abbey before going to King of Prussia. She makes a facial VERY relaxing. I just prefer Rose first. Both great.

Its very important to listen to your clients and i am very very happy my massage therapist did. He listened and gave me options on how to avoid problem areas going forward. Ill be back and because of this location and king of prussia i am thinking about restarting my membership. Big thank you
