Extremely friendly and down-to-earth staff. Therapists customize the massage to your specific needs. I was surprised that, when I asked for the therapist to apply firmer pressure, she was able to maintain a very firm pressure for the entire length of the massage; she was impressively consistent. Back pain is not fully gone but has significantly lessened due to weekly trigger point massages. My acne-prone skin is starting to improve gradually with regular biweekly facials. Very happy with this Hand & Stone.

I love rose. She gives an awesome facial and she's super friendly. She makes me feel very comfortable and relaxed. And her technique is highly professional.

Hand and Stone always has very nice receptionists and very kind and knowledgable massage therapists. I always have an excellent experience there and wish massages would last longer than 80 minutes!

I truly needed extractions done and most places skip that part of the facial. My girl was awesome with this and my skin looks amazing. Thank you

My massage therapist was amazing. There was never a time when I experienced and discomfort. In the past I've had massages that were not at all enjoyable. Danny was wonderful at changing her pressure due to the area she was working with. My add ons in the past have taken away from my service. Danny did a wonderful job including the add-ons but not taking away from my massage!

Massage Therapist (Heidi Hook) is exceptionally professional, competent and gracious. She is about the only reason I stick with this agency now that Renee (former manager who was exceptional... and now the next manager is leaving... not good). In the short term I will continue with Hand and Stone, but only because of the local store. I do not hold the Hand and Stone organization in very high regard for a few reasons; the most segnificant of which is the insipid requirement to provide credit card data when scheduling an appointment. This makes sense for new/non-member, but NOT for longstanding members that your insipid system acknowledges that the cost for the scheduled visit will be FULLY covered by a subscribed package. Given all the security breaches with all vendors; requiring CC data for a 100% covered service is an unnecessary risk for me.... and for Hand and Stone as well. The last time I mentioned this, some corporate dweep called manager (Renee) and asked if I was a trouble maker and what my problem is. She said (and I believe her) that I am a regular client, no problems ever, and he told corporate EXACTLY what my issue was... just read!!!!

I do not like the service fee that is now included in the top. Give another option for tipping besides cash. Nothing is more irritating about the cost already associated with the massage and to tip on top of that and to get hit again with a service fee. It makes me not even want to go back

It's difficult to get convenient appointments with therapists I prefer. The cost is the same for 50 minutes if I go somewhere else for a full 60 minutes.
