Overall, I was completely satisfied with my experience. My only complaint was the frequent push for upgrades and additional purchases. Also, I was a little offended by the way the Tippy app screen was thrust in front of me at checkout. I will tip my therapist personally from now on in the amount I choose and refuse to use Tippy..

In my experience, when you are charging prices like this you need to meet the criteria and the waiting area and bathroom was less than nice. Barely ok. The chairs need to be replaced in the reception area and the walls need painting. I'm surprised Hand and Stone lets one of their locations look this way. I'll be using spavia from now on. Didn't get the feeling I was being pampered. Felt more like a walk-in nail salon.

The only negative thing is I bring up every time I am there is the noise. I am always in the first room and when trying to relax all I hear is loud laughing and talking from the front desk. I come to relax and it is hard to do that with all the noise.

Heidi is the best. I am seeing her a little less frequently now, so it’s even more of a treat. She addresses my specific areas of concern and makes me feel at-ease and relaxed. I also really appreciate the manager, Renee. She is personable and makes me want to frequent this location, purchase products, etc.

I respect the things I sign off on, however as a man I would like the pecs treated upon request, do to exercise and over work.

I made an appt with a particular therapist…but was assigned to another therapist. The alternate therapist did a nice job…but wasn’t who I was expecting.

Therapist was going fast with all her sticks/movements. Her rushing didn’t allow me to relax fully.

The massage was okay, my last experience was better. Last time I was given towels to rest my arms on for comfort, last time was less rushed. The massage thera post I went to last time is harder to book with.
