After my massage I ended up in the docs office with severe neck pain and limited mobility. It’s not necessarily the therapist fault, I like firm pressure, but almost a week later and still have bad pain. The therapist was great and explained everything, along with mentioning to stay hydrated due to my state, which I did. I needed more relaxation and I could have been better at explaining. I’m trying to stay positive with Hand & Stone and maybe when the pain goes away and I get mobility back I’ll feel differently

Heidi was great as usual. Receptionist was not friendly nor did she smile and barely greeted me.

I had originally booked 3 add one (scalp massage, hand treatment, and foot treatment). I was told at the start time of my massage that they could not due all 3 due to the time restraints and not having enough time. I totally understand that and loved my scalp massage and hand treatment, I just wish that would have been looked at and communicated prior to the start of my appointment.

All was great except I had to wait 15 minutes. I really didn’t mind that much but I hxx as very never had to wait before.

I was very satisfied and I found my esthetician very very friendly but, she did appear to be under the weather. I know, going in for a facial, I will be in close contact with another person but there were times during the facial that there were clear signs of feeling sick that were going on. I would still give the experience a 10/10 and love Hand and Stone. I would also book with that esthetician again.

Overbooked. Scheduled and confirmed a 2:00 appt. Drove there but no appt. Had to take a 3:00 appt which messed up my wife’s schedule. Offered a free upgrade but just an inconvenience

The therapist kept pushing me for the membership, which I did not like. But the massage was really good .

When I was checking out, I was told that my 80 minute massage was $50 more than my package. I was never allowed to a raise. My husband was only charged $40 more for his package so the girl checking me out said she would credit me $10. I never was credited the $10, or I have not been yet.

They were out of an oil they offered and didn't get more. I had to choose a different scent, which isn't the end of the world, but it did dampen the experience a bit considering it was an add-on service. I also wish dermaplaning was available!

The receptionist that I spoke to prior to scheduling had made it seem that despite booking as a “prenatal” massage, the massage therapist would be able to apply firm pressure to my legs and feet. This was not the case during the massage & per the massage therapist that was due to pressure points. I was over 40 weeks pregnant at the time of the massage and had no personal concern for pressure points that might bring on labor. There is no reason firm pressure to legs/feet should have been considered unsafe in my case and it’s what I was looking for in booking.
