I am a member and I am not sure that my monthly fee combined with the upcharge for the services that are provided is a value. It is becoming cost prohibitive. The reason to get a membership is for cost savings. Not sure if that is happening anymore.

The massage wasn’t similar to other Swedish massages I’ve had. Also the lack of product made the massage motions kind of frictioned.

There wasn't many times available. Communication from front desk to therapist. Was supposed to receive birthday aromatherapy and it wasn't told to the therapist. I had just mentioned it to her halfway through the session it was my birthday and she offered the aromatherapy and I told her I told them at the front desk. Otherwise everything was great.

I feel like my skin was better a couple of sessions ago post session as compared to this last visit. But that could be partially due to time and service constraints. I did not choose many additional services and I have to implement more skin care products and routines at home.
