I am a good tipper. I always tip 20%+ depending on the service received. That is what tipping is for…service. For a company who “doesn’t expect tips”, I sure felt like my 20% tip wasn’t impressive enough for the receptionist. The tip went for her so I brushed off her eye roll but the volume in which she asked what I will be tipping was embarrassing. It’s almost like she wanted the waiting room to hear her question and hear my response. The pressure is strategic in my opinion. My massage and facial were wonderful and both therapists were personable and wonderful at what they do. But in my opinion, checkout should be way more confidential. Or should be done digitally by the client so the entire waiting room isn’t waiting to hear what you’re about to top. Some people can only afford a 20% tip, WHICH IS STILL A GOOD TIP.

Have never had all the benefits completely explained to me clearly. Only have 90 days to use the credits after cancellation and the points take forever to accumulate to a service that is usable.

I think too much weight is being put on being “highly satisfied”. The experience was fine—I was satisfied with my massage therapist. The cost of a massage without being a member does not mesh with the environment. $120 to receive a massage at venue in a strip mall is a bit much. I was disappointed that the waiting area is shared with the front desk as it was a busy day and there was a lot of traffic. I expected to be checked in and have a separate wait area to relax until my therapist came out.

I pretty much explained in the questions. The receptionist did not have the right information regarding the point system which resulted in her charging me $40. I would not accept her explanation so she consulted with the manger who confirmed that I did not owe $40 but had enough points to cover my service. Other than that, I would rate my visit Highly Satisfied.

Didn’t love the massage

The only thing that I was disappointed in was that I was running a few minutes late due to traffic and they cut my massage short. I understand that they may need to stay on a schedule but it was disappointing that they couldn't adjust, especially for a first time customer.

The appointment went well. I personally didn’t see results but I think it is too soon to see any. I am hopeful with more sessions I will see an improvement.

The front was unsure of how many points for a free massage. The therapist did not have enough time to do the front of my legs. And you have to use a whole service to add something while if paying cash it would only be half of what I pay per month.

There were a lot of forms to complete prior to my appointment. I was able to do most ahead of time, but one took me to a section that implied I was pregnant when I was not. Unable to clear that form and start over I left it. On the day of the appointment I had to complete the form prior to my scheduled appointment. This made me late which took time away from my massage. There was no information provided that this would happen.

The therapist just wasn't a good fit for me. She was very professional just got good techniques for me
