Appointment before me ran late. I was originally scheduled for 8pm, but then received a call that my appointment was cancelled. I took the 7pm appointment. We didn’t get started until 7:25/7:30pm and I was finished by 8:04pm. I also got a lecture on vitamin c products that I did not ask about. I know the effects that vitamin c has on irritated skin. It was assumed that I didn’t know. I’ve had better facials that weren’t rushed.

I arrived at 10:45 for my 11am appointment, as did other customers. A lot of the staff showed up at 11am exactly or later, and then the appointments started later because of that. I was called back around 11:15, with the therapist still having her jacket on from being outside. My appointment was ended a little before noon, as I checked my phone right after getting up from the table. I know you have a schedule to keep, but I felt like I didn't receive my full time due to scheduling. The massage was great and all the staff was nice. I would recommend the facility, but was disappointed in the timing.

I was satisfied with my experience. The receptionist checking out spent too much time on the phone while two of us were standing there. The massage was amazing

My appointment started about 15 minutes late and I didn’t get a full hour massage. I left feeling relaxed but still feeling pain in my neck, shoulders, and lower back.

I have never spent more than 70$ on a massage and all of a sudden this year I was charged $135 and I had no idea the cost went up thag high prior to my appointment. Especially considering I booked an appt for a $69 massage??? Rip off.

The massage was great, the people are friendly, I can typically book online and they call is there is an issue. I have no issue with the people I have issues with Hand and Stone. I am not happy that my membership cost was increased when I was told it would never be. I didn't cancel during pandemic as it was in my budget and I didn't want to hurt the businesses, I was also not comfortable getting massage pre-vaccination, now have many massages. It is difficult to share packages with my family, without charges. There is an additional charge for everything prices went up so can't add extras to massage without paying more, highly annoying can get same service for actual 60min for lower cost elsewhere.

I was extremely satisfied with Wendy on 11/20/22. I was going to cancel membership prior to meeting her. Wendy was kind and compassionate and very skilled!

The prices keep increasing. Feel like nickeled and dimes for every little thing. Not sure if I need suggested product or are the employees told to push products on their clients. Former esthetician never pushed some many things - just got my service, told her what I was Using and good to go. Think lost personal touch -Lauren the manager greeted everyone and was so friendly. Lost personal touch more business atmosphere.
