Hand and Stone

When we originally joined, we were told our price would never change which was a lie. We dropped our membership and use gift cards when needed. The actual massage time is no more than 40 minutes. I can go to places and get full 60 minutes at about the same price. Think you screwed members by the price increase.

It was a nice massage. Not the best I've ever had but nothing wrong with it. For me to give a Highly Satisfied, I'd have to have been knocked off my feet by the place and I wasn't. Nothing wrong with it or the people, it just wasn't an above average/stellar experience. That doesn't mean it was bad or negative :-)

Loved everything but disappointed that my gift card expired. It was purchased over Christmas holiday. Disappointed that nothing was off since both my husband and I were/are members.

The cost for a massage I thought i would leave feeling super relaxed and I did not. My back and neck felt good but otherwise my legs and lower back felt the same

The service was great! It was my first facial since before the pandemic, and I was pleased with the experience. I had a massage booked in the same week, however was not able to pair the facial on the same day due to appointment availability around my schedule and the fact that I booked the facial with limited lead time. Not a big deal though!

I was very satisfied but if I had to pick something out would be the extractions. There could be more extractions done. And I know anti age work is more money but maybe something that lifts and tightens could be added.

It was a nice experience. There was nothing wrong. But it wasn't FABULOUS.

Appointment started at exactly 4:00, but only lasted 40 minutes. Problem areas not addressed, no real massage given, with tons of soft touches and not really relieving any pains. The music also sounded like the guitarist was tuning his guitar and was not relaxing. Also every visit I've had I've received a hot towel at the end to wipe off with and did not get one.

I mean, I was satisfied with my experience. I was in desperate need of relief and received what I had expected. Small thing but I do wish the sitting area were separated from the reception desk - felt too busy / commotion there.

My appointment was at 1 pm. I was taken back to the room at 1:12. Massage didn’t start until about 1:20 and ended at 1:55
