Services are already highly prized and in stores there are expected tips board which starts from$25. Isn't the tip amount is decided by the client and not store.

I’ve been getting massages for years. I liked my massage , massage therapist and the location, but it was not outstanding. It was good and I will likely go back for another massage because of the location.

Massage was average & helped me relax. Disappointed that arms weren’t included.

Hard to get appointment at desired time; increased price for same service and ambiance and no perks for members compared to walk-ins without using extra packages.

I thought more attention would be spent on the areas I noted. It seemed like a scripted massage. Shelly was very nice. I will try an Elite staff member next time. I have become a "member"...looking forward to more services.

Person at reception was not friendly. Massage therapist was great though!

I believed the massage was an hour and that I paid for extra time with the scalp massage but the entire experience was 40 minutes. My aromatherapy expense was about 4 big breaths of lavender. Not worth the cost.

I am very satisficed with the message therapist. However the price increase is feel is not in line with the service and their are new owner and not happy with some rule changes. I feel I am a member (5yrs) and I am paying for a service each month their should be some benefits and most have been removed. I can get the same service at a competitor the price is less for a person with out a membership and the service was the same, atmosphere better.

The therapist was great. The massage was great. The table made a lot of noise when moving ruining the relaxing atmosphere. The spa should keep the equipment in good working order.
