The front desk staff isn’t nearly as friendly as they used to be. I liked having the option to freeze for up to 6 months and now apparently that’s not the case, but whoever checked me out didn’t know the details. If major membership changes like this occurred, I would’ve expected to have been notified with the details. If Joe wasn’t still there, I would cancel today. For now he is what is making me want to keep my membership. $79 is pretty steep especially considering it went from $50 to $60 not too long ago.

I was given a collagen upgrade that I was unaware was going to cost $20. Did not have easy on the eyes in stock. Asked esthetician for a recommendation for a night moisturizer. She suggested apple a day which I purchased not realizing that it was not a moisturizer. I returned it unopened today.

My massage was fantastic and Emily was very friendly and knowledgeable. The only issue was that my appointment was scheduled for 3pm, which I confirmed via text and email, and then I received a call at 1:30 that I was part of a double booking and needed to reschedule. It ended up working out that I was able to get in at 2:15.

I feel neutral about the environment. It’s Minimal which isn’t visually attractive to me. There was no specific problem

I did wait a little longer than expected to be seen. The massage could have had a little more pressure (I did mark firm).

My appointment was changed and the massage therapist changed the day of the appointment. I didn’t like the amount of lotion used and the music with birds was annoying. Wasn’t the best experience

The massage was kind of painful in the neck and I am sore the next day. I wanted more of a relaxing massage and asked for light to medium pressure

I was a 1st time client, and thought the 1st facial was at a reduced price, but it was more than I anticipated - although I did have a gift card which covered the cost, I was still just a bit surprised. I was not aware until I got home and told my son I used the whole amount on the gift card. He was the one who said he thought i would have some left over.
