The massage itself was great. I was happy with the therapists ability to adjust to my needs (specifically change in pressure). The therapist was very thoughtful about health & safety. Unfortunately, the room was too cold and I did not get a full hour.

I stood waiting to check in for a long time. The receptionist was checking someone else out but didn’t even acknowledge I was standing there and say hello or welcome or I’ll be with you in a minute. This exact same thing happened another day when I came in to buy a gift card. I was left awkwardly standing there. You don’t have to help a customer immediately if you are helping someone else but at least acknowledge they are standing there just feet away.

It takes me a lot of time to find a highly qualified therapist that I trust with my particular issues. Too frequently they are no longer employed when I rebook an appointment. It's extremely frustrating to have to "screen" new therapists every time I arrive.

When speaking to my facial girl and telling her my past facials and stuff, she still kept trying to get me to do extras. I don't want CBD or microderm and it was still asked. I have red on my skin so i should never have rough exfoliation and I had to explain that which was sort of uncomfortable.

Lisa was trying very hard to get me to try micro dermabrasion. I was very clear I did not want to. She laughed and kept pushing it. She did not have the heat on on the bed. She did no extractions in my face. No bolster under my knees.
