I always arrive on time but have to wait a few minutes before being called back. This seams to shorten my time by 10 minutes.

I WAS SATISFIED THE MASSUES DID A GREAT JOB, JUST WASNT HIGHLY SATISFIED..MAYBE TALK JUST A LITTLE BIT TO ME TO HELP ME RELAX AND FEEL AT EASE..

I waited ten minutes for my appointment but was still finished when I should have been had it started on time so I feel I did not get my full time for my massage. The massage itself was wonderful and the therapist was very helpful and answered any questions I had. I am very disappointed in the price increase since I had continued to pay my membership fees all through the pandemic although I was not receiving services. I am retired now and on a pension so I cannot justify paying to keep membership. I always looked forward to my massages and facials and purchased my products at H and S as well so I will miss that very much.

I could hear someone in the room next door during the massage and it distracted me.

While my therapist was very nice, the scalp massage was little to no pressure and not worth an enhancement. Room was chilly, wish the beds were heated. Foot scrub was done face down which was first time ever for that and not very comfortable. Areas of work on my body were piecemeal and not smooth and relaxing. Not my best massage.

Outrageous that you are raising price for current members to $69.95 for about a 45 minute service. Pricing yourself right out. I can go to providers that will give me a full 60 minutes for the same price. It is a shame.

I have no complaints

I felt like it was just okay, wasn’t anything above amazing. The massage therapist was great and I am looking forward to another appointment with her but that’s about it.

Would like the areas I spoke about would be worked on. More massage on the bothering areas. I would have like to left my visit more relaxed.
