Hand and Stone

Massage tech did not wear a mask as expected. Massage tech stated she would focus on specific areas during our discussion and then briefly passed over them.

The fabric where i put my face was scratchy and irritated my skin. The lady was really nice who did my massage but I fell didn’t focus enough in the area I pointed out for pain relief. Also it was hard to relax because she sounded under the weather or had allergies and the mask made it hard for her to breathe, so all i could hear is struggled breathing. She did good pressure, and I personally don’t like ocean sounds so I was unable to fully relax. I’m more of a woodland person myself.

It was a very busy day. More staff on the reception desk would have been helpful.

The price was higher than stated. Never had a massage before I ask about introductory price but was charge different. Not explained well. Overall prices are higher than other places in the area.

Was not aware that the scalp massage add-on would be subtracted from the total massage time, as opposed to being extra. Felt that adding an add-on should mean more time.

I was satisfied with the hot stones; it was the first time trying the stones.

I was not blown away with the service. The facial was good but not amazing. Kelly was very nice and knowledgeable.

The manager was very rude upon arrival and found her being extremely rude to another client upon my leaving

It was fine. Nothing was exceptional, but it was adequate.
