Massage therapist seemed a bit inexperienced. She did adjust her pressure to be firmer when asked to, however was too hard over the kidney areas. She seemed to pinch knots as the way to work them out which I did not enjoy. She was very friendly but could use some practice.

My appointment didn't start on time. My therapist asked what areas I wanted her to focus on. Even after telling her, she did not spend extra time on those areas.

Could have had a little more pressure on extremities

My therapist was late (I was the first appointment of the day), and she talked a lot during the last third of the massage. I called and left a message, during business hours, asking to make an appointment and my call was never returned. I had to call again to schedule.

Because I clear told the esthetician I was there for relaxation purpose. I didn’t want to be sold products during my facial or as soon as I walked out from my facial. She was certainly friendly enough, I just had no interest in buying any products.

There was a lot of chatter in the hallway, it messed with my relaxation

First time for massage and I got the wrong date so I arrived 25 minutes late, no one’s fault but mine. I’m not sure what I expected but again most likely my fault I didn’t feel relaxed when left. I’m going to come back again when I’m not so rushed .

Massage was just ok, asked to focus on neck and back, but that didn’t happen. Friendly, just not what I was looking for.

My only concern is how very difficult it is to make an appointment. I lucked out and called on a Monday after someone had cancelled. But I can call a month out and can't find anything. Just not happy with that at all. But when you go in, it never seems like it is that busy.

When updating my information on the IPad, I was able to see the personal information of other guests. This violates privacy/ HIPAA laws. Your program needs better controls to safeguard people’s data
