Disappointed that some services, such as scalp massages are no longer available. The service just felt a bit "standoffish" as a whole, assuming this is just the results of pandemic times. Everything appears somewhat rushed and missing the little things such as offer of a cup of water after the service. All and all it was very nice and relaxing. It is just very thankful that services are back and Hand & Stone can be open.

Sarah is a wonderful therapist but she cuts the session short. It states a 1 hour massage and consistently ends the session between 40-45 minutes. I feel rushed when I get her as a therapist. I have been scheduling with other therapists but my therapist had a family issue. Sarah was my therapist. I decided to give her an other chance but still with the same results. She is an amazing therapist and I have no issue with the quality of her work. I enjoy her as a therapist and would book with her consistently but it bothers me that I don't get my promised, advertised length of time. I do understand that there is set up, undressing/dressing time but not 15minutes.

It was not bad, but it started 15 minutes late due to the person before me spending a lot of time chit chatting and looking at products. Perhaps someone else could have helped her buy products? As for the facial, I prefer when they do facial massage as well, which wasn't done, but the biggest thing I wasn't crazy about was the product that was used. I prefer something that isn't heavy like that and greasy.

I paid for a hot stone massage, but the therapist did not use the stones often, she just gave regular message. I should have just done regular message.

I don’t have no problems with Hand and Stone at all, one thing I would like to subject if can that the pillows should be Lil thicker for people that have lil back problems. Thank you

I had a hot stone massage and felt the hot stones were not incorporated enough. The therapist only used the stones on each body section for a short period of time. This was not my first time having a hot stone massage, and I felt like they should have been used more.

I had a gift card, but was charged an extra $10, and the receptionist couldn't tell me why. I purchased this gift card for a 50 min massage for my husband, and he decided not to use it, and gave it back to me. I have been a member for over 2 years. Wish I didn't have to pay extra for a service I already paid for.

I was satisfied, however I wish it was 60 not 50 minutes.
