I had an issue with my appointment time and while I could have made it to my massage just a few minutes late, by the time I heard back, it was well into my scheduled massage time and I was unable to keep my facial even though I had to pay for it

I hope I am incorrect, but my Therapist seemed to possibly been sick coughing and stuffy.

Couldn’t comment on waiting for them as I just walked through. I opted for the additional foot massage but the scrub that used was extremely dry probably a scrub that should’ve been used with water. The massage itself was great!

My therapist had a different technique for massage. He wasn’t awful, but had long sweeping continuous strokes and failed to focus on problem areas.

Satisfied overall! I prefer to go to the Royersford, PA location but they do not have a lot of availability so I went to the Phoenixville PA location and it was great.

Was a nice relaxing message. Helped relieved some stress due to personal life things. All in all was a good message and was 100% satisfied.

Never received intake documents and did in parking lot still not getting the covid documents. Esthetician no longer there. Best you had and you let her go. So disappointed

legs and wrists/arms were noted on the form, did not spend much time om either of them

I felt the room could of had a more relaxing ambiance. I wish the table was heated instead of just a portable heater in the room. I would of preferred a better head cradle to make it feel more comfortable.
