Upon checkout, even though I had booked the free upgrade, she was charging me extra. Luckily I had asked the price on the phone so I knew she was overcharging me.

Waiting in car too long. Better system so I can use bathroom and not cut into my message time. Also would like a full hour or close to full hour needs to be addressed. That’s due to checking in process.

Everything was fine. The staff was courteous and my appointment was on time. I think a little more attention could have been spent on my problem areas, though.

I am satisfied with the service. The massage was lovely and the reception team is friendly. I am just worried that getting used to this will be difficult on my finances.

The massage therapist was very nice, I like her overall; however, it seemed like she was inexperienced in giving massage. The lotion she dropped onto the middle of my back was shockingly cold, I screamed out in surprise. As the session continued the lotion was less cold but still not warmed whatsoever. I had to ask for the room to be warm because my hands and feet became very cold, it was at that point she turned on the table heater. She poked into the sides of my thighs with her fingertips, not sure why since it didn’t lead to anything other than the sharp poke and finally she was either sick or in the midst of a severe allergy response as her eyes were glassy and she sniffled the whole time from what was clearly a runny nose. Again, she was lovely, just wasn’t what I expected at all.

My only complaint is being charged $10 bc the member ship is in my wife’s name. Other than that, Shelly is an AMAZING masseuse.
