We had a good experience. The facility was clean and welcoming, the people were nice and the services are as expected. My only criticism was for my massage. I was given a list of add-ons which I did not choose as I wanted to keep cost down. When I went in, I was asked which aromatherapy scent I wanted. I chose assuming it was included, but later found out that was not the case. Felt a little duped, but the experience was good overall so I did not complain

He forgot about my eye problem and banged on my back. I have a torn retna and cannot jar my head. I asked for lower back and legs. He mostly did upper back and only back of legs.

She did a really good job but felt was up selling the additional services. I have been a member of Royersford since it opened. They do not try to up sell. I understand it is part of their job.

This was my first facial and i did not really notice a change in my skin. The face massage was too gentle, didn't feel relaxing. I asked for firm massage. The lady was very nice though and none of this is her fault, maybe facials just aren't for me.

Nice and clean, staff is friendly, although some were “fake”. You cannot pretend to be nice It doesn’t work. Close to home

My issue was with the length of the actual massage. It clearly states that it should be 50 minutes, but two of the last three times were only 40 minutes.

The pressure applied was good but could have been a bit stronger. The massage was very good though, it helped me relax and felt very good.

I wish I would have known only certain members are certified or trained in CBD oil and I really wanted to try it at this past visit.

The receptionist lied to me about how pricing and scheduling worked with membership. I intended to book 4 weekly sessions before my wedding & was advised that if I signed up for membership my appt the following week would be my first “monthly massage” & would not owe for it since it would be billed on 10/26. When I arrived I was advised I had to pay in full and my “monthly massage” could ONLY be used after the monthly payment date. It was not a misunderstanding, it was a blatant lie. The receptionist who lied did not take any responsibility for what she said & blew me off. Luckily I was financially okay to pay for the visit, otherwise that would have been a loss for the MT. The MT is amazing so thats why I intend to return for my next scheduled appointment, but I will be canceling my membership since, 1.) I was lied to, and 2.) knowing I can only get the monthly massage after the actually monthly payment date. I am disappointed in how the front desk handled the matter. This feedback is being provided because H&S reached out requesting I take your survey. Hopefully this feedback helps improve future experiences.
