Heidi is wonderful - my favorite massage anywhere! I was just disappointed that no music was playing. Appropriate spa music is a critical part of the experience to me. In the past, I've been disappointed with the music, sometimes it even has a beat - that is not relaxing spa music! But any music is better than none. I understand a power outage fried the music system, but I think in this day and age, it's easy enough to find SOME way to play music temporarily. I got out my iPhone and played a Pandora station, which I was glad Heidi suggested. Otherwise, no complaints. Heidi is great and the receptionists are generally always pleasant.

Very difficult to find appointments unless you book weeks in advance. With an unpredictable schedule that is tough. And if you have an injury you would want to come in sooner rather the later.

I’ve tried a few of the new massage therapists at the Oaks location but they do not provide the same type of massage as Bill and Joe. Bill and Joe provide great massages that are both relaxing and removes pain. I’ve seen 3 other male massage therapists at this location and they all have a similar massage where they just press in 1 spot several times then they move to another on your back. It just isn’t a relaxing or helpful with removing back pain. Bill and Joe are hard to get appointments with so I have tried the others but it isn’t the same quality massage.

The esthetician's hands were a bit cold, which she apologized for before starting but I thought it was easy for her to warm them up. Her hands were colder on my skin than I'd like. I also expected some massage of the lower arms and hands based on past facials. But she did fine on the shoulders and neck. She has a nice personality and gentle touch, so very good overall.

Taylor didn’t offer me any additional serviced. And my 60 min facial lasted 45 min

It’s an enjoyable experience, but I wouldn’t pay $99 for it next time. I’m just not sure what I got for my money.

The appointment was for 7pm but I didn't get into my room until 710pm. Just the amount of waiting time was unsatisfactory

Well I got a tranquility package and feel like I have had better feet rub treatment ( to be honest I don’t even remember her really massage my feet) and the masseuse didn’t massage my arms or the back of my legs. Otherwise though my back ( the area where she focused felt great).

Facial experience was amazing.- highly satisfied Hot massage was satisfied. The therapist hands were cold at the beginning. Had to ask her to work on my lower back/hip area for upper leg she worked on 1/2 of upper thigh told her she could go higher on outer thigh. Her pressure was good, massage felt nice. Don’t feel had full hr as on couch 12.10 and treatment finished 12.55
