Would have liked a more spa like area to relax prior to the massage

Very tough to get appointments compared to Massage Envy

I specifically asked for two areas of my body to be addressed as primary during my 80 minute session. One was not even touched.

I have not gotten many massages. I would have liked a little more pressure, but it was my fault for not addressing it. This was my fault, the therapist did exactly what I asked and did a wonderful job answering my questions at the end. I will get better the more that I go!

The therapist's stomach rumbled the entire massage, and his finger nails scratched me a few times. I'm not entirely sure of his technique, either.

First visit so nothing to compare it too. The website is not user friendly making it impossible to book on line.

I was satisfied with my hand and stone service however it wasn’t any thing above my expectations that would have made it over and above.

The massage room was not as comfortable as others I have been in— no music, no aromas, a little less comfortable.

I felt that the massage time was cut short.

The receptionist when I checked in was not especially friendly, a little curt. Not the warm feeling I usually receive.
