I am a member and I really didn’t understand the way the use of the packages work. I used two packages which means I lost $20. I don’t usually have two packages available but my esthetician had been on vacation. Somewhere I read you get awards for your service and buying product I’ve never seen any rewards. I’ve been a member for over a year and still don’t know how this works!

This was my first experience getting a massage, I was unsure of what to expect. The couples massage was a good first experience. Next time I will ask the therapist to apply more pressure, I was unsure of what I would like or want.

The receptionist was not friendly when making my appointment nor did she seem to be listening to questions being asked. While checking out she was unable to find my membership. Despite telling her multiple times that I was a member and signed up at another location she continued to question that I was actually a member. The issue was resolved when I suggested she call the location where I signed up.

I've been cancelled on numerous occasions. The manager sat down with me and explained they are working on coaching staff who call out.

My therapists are decent - not the best, but typically get the job done. The treatment rooms are sterile - not welcoming at all. The rock warmer ticks and makes noises, the music is simply weird (who listens to Native, off-pitch flutes to relax?), and, being frank, the room is anything but inviting. I may as well be at my gynecologists office.

I had a wonderful experience with the facial and the massage. I left there feeling all relaxed and a very clean face. It was the first time I have ever had a facial and it was wonderful.

When booking a new therapist (since my regular one is no longer at this location) I was specific in what I was looking for. I was told this person would meet my needs. Not only did they not meet my needs I felt as though I was being massaged by someone who was in school, not someone who knew what they were doing.

I had to wait for 15 minutes, but Amanda was so aware of the inconvenience that she gave me a complimentary peppermint hair oil massage. She is very good at her job.

Felt a bit rushed to move between appointments. Wanted to use as many packages as possible, asked when appointments were booked. At time of appointment, massage therapist was not aware, although she did communicate with the front desk to get a message to the aesthetician. No upgrade options available for the massage. Facial upgrade did not yield noticeable results.

The massage was very hard. Too hard for me. Hurt next day. Mentioned a few times and she adjusted. I have a chronic pain problem. So could be just me. I know someone who may like this style and told them. She was very nice but not for me. People that like a lot of pressure will like her.
