The reception area was noisy and not relaxing

The therapist was new to me. I am used to someone else who knows my weak spots and works specifically on those areas with the right amount of pressure for me to get relief. The therapists hands were freezing cold and it was a freezing day so it was hard to relax at first. She was good with her technique, it was just different from what I am used to.

Overall I did not think the Facial was that relaxing or a good value. I will just stick with the massages for my membership.

From the moment you arrive you feel welcome and begging to relax. The greeting and calmness of the reception area start your journey. The therapists ask if there are problem areas that need attention and will spend extra time working out the knots. I always leave feeling great.

Treatments were a little too pricey. And I felt a little forced into opting for the microderm facial. A facial should normally come with extractions but I was informed it didn't (unless I opted for the microderm facial) only once the treatment was started.

I had a headache that day and needed firmer pressure and more attention in the neck and shoulder region the masseuse was a medium light touch. She made every effort to relief my pain

Only issue that I had was that I made an appointment2 hrs before, and they called an hour later that they could not meet that appointment. We rescheduled but, it was just that at 4:30 the appt at 6 was available then at 5:15 it wasn’t. Make sure everything is available before the appoint, don’t assume then be wrong error on The side of no.
