I don't like Hand and Stone's corporate policy that I cannot pass on unused services i.e. massages to my husband. HE had purchased for me with JIS money on HIS credit card a membership for me. When I couldn't use all of the massages, I wanted to give a few to him. That was unacceptable to H&S. This is unacceptable to me!

I explained that my concerns were of my upper body, and only the upper part of my back was addressed. The shoulder/neck area was barely touched. After I left, I realized as well that my arms were not even brushed over lightly. I understand that I asked the massage therapist to focus mostly on my upper body, but that I would still like a full body massage, just a lot less on the lower half. Most of my tension is kept at the base of my neck/upper shoulders, yet that area was not focused. The massage therapist was still good, and I enjoyed the overall experience, but I just had hoped to leave feeling less tense. I will still be coming back, because any massage is better than no massage.

The therapist seemed to spend a very long time on my back. I didn't notice until I got home that my back was a little sore after so much work. If there was a reason for spending more than the usual amount of time there, and more pressure than usual, it would have nice if she explained why. I didn't say anything though so it's my fault too for not speaking up.

I was satisfied with each experience I have had at Hand and Stone. I am very happy to have a membership

My treatment on my face was very itchy and almost painful. I wasn't sure if that was supposed to happen or not. I would have also liked to know what products were being used on my face. A lot of time was spent rubbing my chest which seemed odd.

I believe I checked "Satisfied" which is still pretty good! I thoroughly enjoy my experience at Hand & Stone. There are two things that would improve my overall enjoyment of the spa. 1) The ability to book appointments by massage therapist and date/time on the app. 2) A slightly better value proposition.

Massage therapist is absolutly fantastic.a long time before I found Byll.recommended by another client. I am very confused on the price I am charged 59.95 month but I believe it should be 49.95 I have commented 2 times on check out and get weird answers. I do not like to complain or make a fuss. Since Jan. 2017 I know of 4 members at Royersford club who asked about why being charged 59.95 and the club lowered their membership to 49.95. I have asked 1x since Jan. and nothing? If not for Byll my massuse I would have transfered to Royersford. I am now using my husbands flex spending account to pay for the massage and need a print out for the company. Yesterday after my massage I got a print out it says 1 massage 49.95?? The card was charged 59.95 they need to match . I went back in new printout only says mebership dues paid. flex spending account may reject it I cannot afford pay with my reg. credit card. The desk personnel were very helpfull, but it may still be wrong. So I showed and talked with the desk girl about the difference in costs and explained about the other club at 49.95. She was going to talk with the manager? Hope it can be resolved & I pay only 49.95 a month

The only reason I wasn't highly satisfied was the wait time in the reception area. My appointment started about 15 minutes late, but I understand that sometimes customers add-on services and it delays appointments. Fortunately I wasn't on a time crunch, but should I have needed to get out of there at a certain time it would've been inconvenient.
