Overall, I was actually very satisfied with the experience. What holds me back from returning is simply the cost. I'm considering g a membership, however, I'm not confident I can afford it.

Not sure why I am being asked to comment here. I indicated that I WAS Highly Satisfied. The only thing I don't like about Hand and Stone is the appointment website. It is very difficult to navigate and I'm computer savvy!

The price for a facial is too high because anything that would make the facial customized costs much more. In addition, I do not like the rescheduling policy. I rescheduled once and got charged but have been rescheduled on and got no money back.

I think that it was very good. Great for the price. Nothing bad to say

Overall it was great. I did not like being 'upsold' while lying on the bed. Options for service upgrades should be discussed prior to getting on the bed.

Hi Hand and Stone, I just wanted to say that my experience over there was fabulous. Rose was very nice to me and her recommendation was very helpful, too. Unfortunately, my Aunt was not as lucky as me since she would have appreciated to receive some advice from the esthetician to improve the appearance of her skin by getting some extra treatment. Thanks a lot Denisse

I told my esthetician that my skin was dry and needed replenishment and that I wanted a collagen face mask. She immediately talked about microdermabrasion, which I did not want. Then I asked what kind of collagen mask she'd be using. She couldn't really elaborate about the product and it really had no effect on my skin. I left with the same dryness I walked in with. I was disappointed

I received an introductory offer of $49.95. I did not like the sales pitch to get a membership, on the way out. I would go to this facility if massages were $59.95 at all times. I will not get a membership and I surely will not pay $99.95. Also, there was not a person available for deep tissue the day I went.

I ordered a 5omin massage and it ended early because I added a foot scrub. I feel that I have had better massages before. She was good but, I felt like it was rushed. Very friendly person too.
