as stated, she never told me what she was doing or what she was putting on my face. Previous facials I was always told what they would be doing next, what it was and why it would help or what it would do to my face. She did a great massage on face and neck. Very pleasant too. One thing that did annoy me, my hair was full of oils and a total mess afterwards. Would be nice if they had a room where you could fix yourself before going back outside :)

I've frequented other places for facials and the amount of time spent actually on my face was less then expected. More time spent massageIng my shoulder neck and chest area then time spent with facial. The microdermabrasion was also less time then I was use too

Massage was great. Facial not as enjoyable

I was expecting a hand arm massage with the facial. but the experience was still wonderful. Maybe it was because I got the dermabrasion.

Waiting for return call. Was charged $40 thought it would be less ($20 for the tips) since I used my credits. Not sure what the additional charge is. Otherwise great service as usual. Waiting for call back though so can't comment on resolution yet.

I was satisfied however I wish I could chose the level of pressure/ firmness given in my massage.

Its expensive. But coupons and specials help

My massage therapist took the last few minutes of the massage to talk to me about products & solutions to give me some relieve, since I had shared I was in menopause. I think it was quite nice to give me some ideas but perhaps on the walk out to the reception area instead of taking time in the massage room. I always appreciate solutions just maybe present them in a different manner. Thank you

My face feels tender. Not sure how long this will last. Several spots as well from deep cleaning.
