I've had other facial and massage therapist that we're more in tune with my needs and did not want to upsell me additional services

My therapist had not checked in with me to see how the pressure was.

I have a monthly membership, so I am in the Spa regularly. Every time I go for a facial they try to sell me on Microderm Abrasion. Then, after the facial is complete, they try to sell me additional products. If you are a 1 time, or infrequent customer, I can understand the up sell. However, for someone who is there regularly this gets to be too much.

I always feel welcome when I walk into the Oaks Hand and Stone location. Everyone that covers the front desk is very friendly and accommodating. Abby's facials and peels are excellent. I feel great after my appointments with her.

My service was good, but I would probably not return due to the high cost. The introductory pricing was reasonable

Just a fyi, not dissatisfied, but i was not able to book back to back appts online. I had to make one and reenter the site and hope for consecutive appt. However, there may have been a way and i just couldnt figure it out

I was happy with the massage itself, but getting an appointment took many tries. Also, the room that I was in was close to the office or reception area and I could hear people talking through the walls which was distracting to the relaxing mood I had hoped for. Everyone working there is super friendly - on the plus side.
