Esthetician Jess, was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. My experience was soothing and comfortable. I felt like I was glowing!!

I am not particularly a fan of the Hand and Stone parent organization, but I am very pleased with everything about the facility in Oaks, PA. Renee (manager), is very gracious, welcoming and professional; and the front staff is well trained in this regard. I have only been treated by 2 therapists Brian and Heide, both of whom are exceptional in their knowledge and application of their craft... and I offer this opinion as a now retired medical professional.

Therapist was very friendly and made me feel comfortable. She was able to target the muscles in my neck and upper back that I mentioned as areas needing attention. Left appointment feeling very relaxed.
