The facility is clean and cheerful; the staff is friendly. Emilly did a wonderful job with my massage, I was very relaxed and comfortable. All good, no complaints.

I always enjoy the friendly and peaceful atmosphere of the spa. The location is good and the therapists are very good at their craft. The therapists address my specific needs as requested which is very important.

I am satisfied with my massage and my experience at Hand and Stone. I do not like surveys because usually they are only completed by individuals who want to complain. Not as many get completed by happy customers. Too many coworkers and patients have told me how when surveys are completed; they are only "scolded" for the negative or perceive to be negative responses. Never here a "Hey, you had a great survey response" My Husband will NOT fill out surveys for this reason. Doesn't want to give anyone ammo against someone actively working at a job.

Told the therapist exactly where the problem areas where and she shore enough took care of them. I was impressed.

I was fortunate to get in for a facial with Sabrina after my previously scheduled service was cancelled last-minute. It was a perfectly pleasant substitute and I was so glad I received this facial from her. I will definitely be booking with her in the future.

Tina Marie very knowledgeable and listened to my issues. She worked my areas that needed and I got great results.
