The front desk staff is always very friendly and courteous in accommodating my husband and I on appointment scheduling. The massage therapist, Megen, was excellent. She took the time to assess which muscles were tight and talked to me about why that might be. She made sure to check in on me regarding pressure, temperature, comfort, everything. I'd highly recommend her to anyone with aches and soreness from physical activity/poor posture.

The massage therapist took time to explain things to me and really work my whole body. It was wonderful.

Manager Rene runs an outstanding agency. Indeed, she is one of the reasons I maintain my membership with this company. Therapist Brian is outstanding: knowledgeable, gracious, professional... just outstanding.

I loved the atmosphere of Hand and Stone, the ambience of the waiting room and the dimmed lights as I was led back to the aesthetician's room. It was calming, peaceful and relaxing and I can't wait to go back to try other treatments.

Danielle was excellent. I will be back for her services. Front desk was efficient and pleasant.
