staff is always professional and welcoming; i have never experienced any delays in service once i am on site; have been very accommodating if they have had to reschedule an appt with me.

Therapists do a very nice job. Receptionists are friendly and helpful. Feel good after massages.

The front desk was extremely professional and greeted me as soon as I walked in. The Esthetician came to get me within a minute after I walked in and had completed my intake form so I did not have to wait at all. The room was very clean and the massage therapist was excellent!! My neck and back feel a lot better today. This is by far the best hand and stone location I have been to so far, had an outstanding experience & I plan to return soon!
