The therapist, Brian is very skilled and knowledgeable which is very important to me because I do not go to "feel good", but to relieve pain. Manager Renee does an excellent job leading this organization. I regard this particular agency higher than I regard to corporate organization

I really like my massage therapist. She really concentrates on the areas that have a lot of pain and provides relief. She also shares small things that I can do at home that provide some relief.

I recently had a lumpectomy and now will need to have Oncology massages moving forward. While I am disappointed by that, it is necessary. Heidi was amazing with her knowledge of oncology massage and explaining why. I will now be having future massages at the Phoenixville/Oaks location as the Royersford location does not currently have any oncology certified massage therapist. But I had met Heidi at the Royersford location many years ago. So all is good!

I LOVE Rose. She is always professional and does a great job. I continue to be annoyed with the constant attempt at up-selling, mostly by receptionists. With the price increases in my membership, I do not need to constantly be beaten with asking me if I need products or want a different service. Rest assured if I want products or extra services, I’LL LET YOU KNOW!!!! Just let me come in and relax and enjoy my service for crying out loud. If I decide to cancel my membership, that will probably be the reason.
